If your Tally Data is corrupted then you can recover the tally data with the built in utility of “ReWrite”.
Follow the steps to recover Tally Data:
- Make a backup of Data folder inside Tally Installation directory
- Start Tally
- Shut All Companies (Alt + F1)
- Press Ctrl + Alt + r
- Select the company to rewrite, and whooop…. whooop…….Tally will recover your data.
In this process Tally may delete certain cross linked vouchers, corrupt vouchers and recover the remaining data.
